  • What is the baggage allowance?
    Passengers (excluding infants) traveling on JET SKY AIRWAYS flights, has the free baggage allowance, unless otherwise advised, specified as follows: Standard hold baggage allowance- 15 kg Standard hand baggage allowance - 1 piece up to 10 kg (55x40x23) The free hold baggage allowance for infants (0-2 years) is 10 kg Excess baggage Transportation of excess baggage can only be accepted after payment of the applicable surcharge.
  • How do I check in for my flight?
    In according to our regulations the check in opens 2 hours before departure and closes accordingly 40 minutes before departure. The check in procedure can be done both online and at the check in desks at the airport.
  • How can unaccompanied minors travel?
    Unaccompanied minors (from the age of 5 years until 11 years old) can travel after. The service for this has a predetermined price. All children traveling alone aged 12 years up to their 18-th birthday for which their parent/guardian has requested UM status may be qualified as unaccompanied minors
  • Who can occupy the seats at the emergency exits?
    As per our policies the following types of passengers cannot: Persons who are physically or mentally handicapped to the extent that they would have difficulty in moving quickly if asked to do so. Persons whose sight of hearing is impaired to the extent that they might not readily become aware of instructions given to begin evacuating the airplane. Persons who are elderly or frail. Children and infants, whether or not they are accompanied by an adult. Deportees or prisoners in custody. Persons whose physical size would prevent Passengers under the age of 18 years old.
